ALCO/G3 Auction LLC collects South Dakota sales tax on the total purchase price, which includes the buyer premium. The Customer is responsible for sales tax, applicable fees, and all other taxes associated with the order. Invoices are due and payable the next business day following the close of auction by 4pm CST unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in Auction Details and/or Payments. Orders are not binding upon Advantage Land Company (ALCO) or G3 Auction LLC until accepted by ALCO/G3 Auction LLC.
